Soft Power
Strength Without Hardening. A community immersion in embodied resilience.
THE INVITATION
In a time that often asks us to brace, push through, or disconnect, many of us are quietly craving something else — a way to stay open, grounded, and connected without burning out or armoring up.
Soft Power is a half-day immersive experience designed to support nervous system resilience through guided process work, somatic voice activation, embodied movement, sound integration, and shared nourishment.
This is not about forcing release or performing vulnerability.
It is a carefully held space to practice strength that remains responsive, regulated, and connected.
Open to all genders and all levels of experience
WHAT WE’LL MOVE THROUGH
✧Throughout the immersion, participants will be guided through:
✧ Trauma-informed opening and nervous system orientation
✧ Facilitated small-group process work
✧ Somatic voice activation and collective resonance
✧ Ecstatic dance journey
✧ Immersive sound ceremony for integration
✧ Optional acupuncture support during sound
✧ Nourishing community meal overlooking the ocean
Each element is intentionally sequenced to support the body’s natural arc of activation, expression, and integration.
