A private event in the space of your choosing can be a beautiful way to connect to your group or community. The group experience will begin with an energetic clearing, intention setting, guided meditation and customized sound healing using various instruments and frequencies to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and restore internal harmony. At the end of the session, there will be an opportunity to process and integrate the experience with group dialogue, to facilitate greater depth to the healing experience.
