Join Malorie from Withinscape for a nourishing sound ceremony in our glass greenhouse (Building 1100). Please note this indoor/outdoor space reflects the weather as it is a greenhoouse. Parking is limited, so arrive early to settle in. Through meditation, sound frequencies and sacred instruments, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation, calming the mind, restoring balance in the body, and opening space for emotional release. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow to feel supported.
