Aerial & Mat Sound Healing

We invite you to drop into the sonic vibrations while completely suspended in the air and held by the hug of a hammock. Sound baths are particularly supportive in engaging the parasympathetic nervous system for deeper states of relaxation and fostering greater capacity for healing. By infusing a spectrum of frequencies on various healing instruments, we create a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes emotional release and restores internal harmony.  At the end of the session, there will be an opportunity to process and integrate the experience with group dialogue, so that we can begin to make more conscious decisions toward wholehearted living.
